WET WEATHER
Some of our kids’ activities take place outdoors. If the weather isn’t on our side, don’t worry — we have fun indoor alternatives (like our Kids Game Show) ready to go, provided a venue is available. If not, we can easily reschedule your event for another day.
WHAT TO WEAR
We recommend kids wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes so they can move around safely and easily. Dressing up in team colours or themed outfits is always encouraged — just make sure they’re not too heavy or restrictive so everyone can play and have fun!
FOOD AND DRINK
Unless mentioned in your event description, food and drinks aren’t included in our kids’ activities. However, we can help arrange catering through our Team Bonding service or suggest one of our partner venues for a party-style finish! Many of these venues offer special kids’ food and drink packages — we’re happy to help you book one.
RISK AND INSURANCE
All of our kids’ activities are fully insured with $20 million public liability cover through SportsCover. Safety is our top priority, and our experienced facilitators ensure every activity is fun, inclusive, and well-supervised at all times. All our staff have their up to date working with children requirements and checks.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 20% deposit is non-refundable, but it can be used as credit towards another Team Bonding event. If your booking needs to be changed, cancelled, or postponed within 48 hours of your event, we reserve the right to charge for any staff or out-of-pocket costs already incurred.
